From arriving time here, we were helped to parked our car since small parking area and too crowd at that time. Check in process was OK, and we got room on 3rd floor. Room was small, but clean including bathroom. But the problem was raise when we know, our window had not view, just the high wall, and also very near by the road, so, we couldn't sleep due to very noise sound from the road very2 annoying us. The good thing was we were moved to highest floor with same room type, but it was OK, resolve the view and noisy sound. BF was so-so, nothing special, but food quality was good, but the variety of food was not too much. Parking area is another issue, but OK, as long as assisted by security guys. Location was very good, so you can easily to find so many choice of food to be delivered to your hotel. From arriving time here, we were helped to parked our car since small parking area and too crowd at that time. Check in process was OK, and we got room on 3rd floor. Room was small, but clean including bathroom. But the problem was raise when we know, our window had not view, just the high wall, and also very near by the road, so, we couldn't sleep due to very noise sound from the road very2 annoying us. The good thing was we were moved to highest floor with same room type, but it was OK, resolve the view and noisy sound. BF was so-so, nothing special, but food quality was good, but the variety of food was not too much. Parking area is another issue, but OK, as long as assisted by security guys. Location was very good, so you can easily to find so many choice of food to be delivered to your hotel. Staff super friendly. Lokasi hotel sangat strategis di tengah kota banget. Deket kalo mau kemana". Tidak ada kolam renang tapi anyway kita ga cari kolam renang di Bandung so its okay.. Ini hotelnya cocok buat yang business kali ya. Hotel ini liftnya cuma 1 dan lama sekali jalannya, restoran sempit sekali dan antara meja satu dgn lainnya bisa bersentuhan kursinya, sangat tidak nyaman, menu makanannya pun tidak bervariasi dan rasanya tidak enak, pastry sama sekali tidak ada, sarapan pagi klo diatas jam 8 pagi sdh seperti pasar hiruk pikuk dan ada antrian menunggu meja kosong sangat tidak profesional walaupun pemandangan bagus dan letaknya di rooftop. satu ha yg buat hotel ini bagus adalah kamarnya yg sama persis dgn hotel di bali yg sy pernah ulas. kamar bagus dan sdh smart tv, pelayanan housekeeping cepat dan cekatan, yg kurang dari kamar ini adalah bantalnya yg keras dan tidak empuk. Its location is good in city centre, hotel is clean, room is clean, good breakfast and friendly staff.
